From November 1st, 2025, all SSAIB companies that are certified for the BAFE SP203-1 scheme will be required to hold a regulated Level 3 (Level 6 Scotland) BS 5839-1 qualification like this or equivalent.

- If your company is certified for SP203-1, this qualification or equivalent must be in place before your next audit after 1st November.

- Failure to comply will place your certification at risk of suspension.
