SSAIB is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Crawley as the organisation's new Operations Manager, effective from June 2025.
Amy brings with her a strong background in strategic leadership and operational management, having held senior roles in the education sector for over 17 years. A Business Studies graduate, she possesses a wealth of transferable skills, which she now applies in her new position at SSAIB.
As Operations Manager, Amy is responsible for ensuring the organisation operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. She is committed to supporting SSAIB’s continued growth, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. With a keen focus on operational excellence, Amy will play a key role in ensuring that SSAIB remains a leading and competitive force within the certification industry.
